The family wanted to create a private outdoor space for dining and entertaining. This was accomplished in a small space by replacing an aging wood deck and narrow stairs with generous curving steps and an expansive paving stone patio. A brick and stucco wall with cedar gate was built to enclose the space and harmonize with the home’s exterior.
